By creating an account or using Validate4, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they govern your access to and use of our service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Validate4, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you are using Validate4 on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use Validate4 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Transmit unauthorized advertising, spam, or bulk messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days of advance notice. Your continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual property

Validate4 and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the company and its licensors. You retain full ownership of any content you upload or create using the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validate4 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the service itself. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
